Super helpful when we didn’t get our boarding info- luggage tags etc. Kandi called Royal Caribbean for us and had them resent. As first time cruisers I really appreciated her help!

The trip to the Western Mediterranean was Great. Thanks for assisting my family/group of 16. We had no problems with the Airlines and Wheelchair Assistance for my wife was excellent. We stayed at the Royal Ramblas Hotel in Barcelona. Excellent stay prior and after cruise!
Great location in the heart of Las Ramblas. Steps from Boqueria market for great eats. Easy access to shopping and just walking the city. Close to public transportation. Room super clean and spacious. 10% discount at the restaurant next to the hotel La Poma. Food very good! The hotel staff was great and the front desk super helpful. Luggage assistants very helpful also. If you need a taxi, they will request one for you. Found taxis cheaper than Uber. Breakfast in the Hotel was also great. Again, thanks!!!.
Will call you next week concerning the Jamaica Trip in 2024.
