As we are finally back and getting caught up, I wanted to drop you a note of appreciation for all you did to make our trip to Hawaii such a memorable anniversary for my wife and I. Weather was absolutely perfect and the excursions you helped plan were just awesome. Cheri’s favorite was the Pearl Harbor experience, albeit a very humbling and surreal day at the memorial the spectacular helicopter tour was by far my favorite take away.
We both wanted to extend a huge thank you for your help……MAHALO! MAHALO!

Our family was thrilled with nearly every detail of our Undiscovered Great Lakes cruise: our staterooms, the crew, shore excursions, meals, serendipities. Even the trip to the airport was an unexpected delight, a brief “industrial” tour of Milwaukee with lunch at Bucyrus Museum (of excavation equipment) and informal chats with former employees; sounds dull, but was actually fascinating.

We are back and jetlag was not that bad. The trip surpassed our already high expectations: I have a couple of improvement recommendations but overall the trip was outstanding. The surprise (bush) dinner was spectacular and the Ole Serai staff went above and beyond in the full stay.
The transfers between airports, flights and the service in Kenya and Tanzania were very well coordinated. We were impressed by the general knowledge and high level of professionalism of drivers, guides and other people we interacted with.
