Both Diana and Evette we’re very helpful the whole cruise. They were there for us whenever we needed answers. They were with us on the tours and we would chat with them daily aboard ship.

We have had the pleasure of working with Jenny Farrants at C I Azumano Travel for about ten years. Our most recent trip was a combination of five days at Disney World followed by a 7-day cruise on the Disney Fantasy.
The room she booked at the Grand Foridian had a beautiful view, was private with our own balcony and easily accessible to the Food Court and restaurants. On our Caribbean cruise, she booked our room adjacent to the elevators, and located where we could see all the ports as we pulled in. We’ve always had a wonderful experience with Jenny. I recently returned from a trip to Universal Studios Orlando for Spring Break. The trip was my fourth booked through CI Azumano Travel. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Our Travel Representative, Denise Lawson, is wonderful and professional. I can always depend on her to execute our travel plans, which exceed expectations and makes the trip stress free. She takes care of every aspect of our trips and meets my family’s needs.

I am about to leave for my seventh trip booked with CI Azumano Travel. Believe me, I never would have booked seven times if numbers 1 through 6 had not been highly satisfactory.
