1. Eligibility:

The Getaway Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of CI Azumano Travel, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period:

The giveaway starts on October 4th, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on December 26th, 2024 (“Giveaway Period”). Weekly entry periods begin each Friday and end each Thursday at 11:59 PM PT during the Giveaway Period. Winners will be selected and announced every Friday by 12:00 PM PT.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of CI Azumano Travel.

4. Prizes:

Each week, one (1) winner will be chosen to receive either:

  • • A $250 CI Azumano Travel Gift Card, redeemable for future travel bookings with CI Azumano Travel. Restrictions may apply.
    OR
  • • A $100 Visa Gift Card.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

One (1) winner will be selected each week during the Giveaway Period via a random drawing from all eligible entries received that week. Drawings will take place on Fridays at approximately 10:00 AM PT, and winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook by 12:00 PM PT.

If a selected winner does not respond to the direct message within 48 hours, they may forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. CI Azumano Travel is not responsible for any failure of communication due to incorrect or outdated contact information.

6. Publicity:

By accepting a prize, winners grant CI Azumano Travel permission to use their name, likeness, and Instagram or Facebook handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. General Conditions:

CI Azumano Travel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

8. Privacy:

Any personal information provided by entrants is subject to the CI Azumano Travel Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

9. Disputes:

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and any causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Virginia.
