You attention to all of our requests, your incredible contacts and knowledge of everything surrounding each component we needed ensures our grandest success. Cheryl had an amazing, wonderful and memorable trip! All of the experiences were new to her so, from a non-prejudiced viewpoint, she liked Delta but loved KLM. Wheelchair services on each leg of the flight were perfect and saved her a great deal of stress along with keeping her ankle pain-free. The AMA pre-tour was wonderful. The Lisbon hotel was over the top and unlike anything she has experienced. The AMA transfers and tours everywhere were perfect. The riverboat exceeded her expectations in every way. She especially enjoyed the full day tour to Salamanca. She now wants to go to Spain. She was impressed how quickly and efficiently you handled the canceled flight and rerouting at the last minute. She is now a member of the Jason Hedrick fan club!
You helped to make her 80th birthday truly memorable.
We were sorry we couldn’t join her but we are so appreciative and grateful for you planning an amazing trip for her.
